Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team in the Dutch market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for the initial qualification of potential customers and building strong relationships with them.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify leads generated through our inbound marketing channels and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.
  • Conduct needs analysis of potential customers to effectively communicate their requirements and expectations to the sales team.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure the successful qualification and conversion of leads.
  • Utilize our CRM system (Salesforce) to document all customer interactions and inquiries.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Continuously monitor the market and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers.
What We Offer
  • Fluency in written and spoken Dutch at native speaker level and very good knowledge of German or English.
  • Experience in sales or customer contact is desirable but not essential.
  • A basic understanding of components and CNC manufacturing is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
  • Willingness to travel for occasional customer visits and events.
