Job Opportunity
CS Group is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to strengthen its European activities. Reporting directly to the German Operations Director, this role will focus on developing the space business in Germany.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create mutually beneficial proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
- Analyze customer and competitor data to identify opportunities.
- Track and add qualified leads to the sales pipeline.
- Support proposal writing for client tenders.
- Monitor and report on proposal status.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development, preferably in the space industry or an equivalent engineering industry in an international environment.
- Strong interpersonal and commercial skills to interact with customers at all levels.
- A self-starter with high motivation, accustomed to working independently, but also effective in a team.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French or German or another European language is an advantage.
