Job Opportunity

CS Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our space business in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create tailored proposals that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Analyze customer and competitor data to inform business decisions.
  • Identify and qualify new leads to drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Support proposal writing for client tenders and track progress.
  • Provide regular updates on proposal status to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in technology-related sales or business development, preferably in the space industry or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French or German or another European language is an asset.
