- Coach Junior Consultants and define and track work packages and steer configuration items with Configuration Consultants.
- Set up Governance guidelines and tools to ensure the correct and smooth maintenance of Workday Core within your functional team.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in HR or IT Management, Process Design and Engineering, Employee Lifecycle Management, Project Management and Process Optimization.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field of HR or IT Management, Process Design and Engineering, Employee Lifecycle Management, Project Management and Process Optimization.
- Hands-on experience in configuration of Workday HCM and Security, with broad experience with intersection security, business process configuration and advanced reporting.
- Successful participation in Workday Trainings and holding Workday Certifications.
- Solution-oriented mindset, analytical and conceptual thinking, strong organization and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
- Availability for international travel, if needed.
