Working Student (M/F/D) Talent & Leadership Development

Location: Munich, Germany;

Your Responsibilities

  • You will support the Talent & Leadership Development team in day-to-day business and strategy development.
  • You will work with blended learning concepts to enhance our training programs.
  • You will be responsible for preparing our trainings and workshops and serving as the contact person in the administrative training organization.
  • You will curate our internal LinkedIn learning library.
  • You will collaborate with our communications team to develop our training newsletter.
  • You can expect an open and friendly team where you can actively participate.
  • You will have the opportunity to contribute your experience from your studies, apply it in practice, learn, and develop yourself further.

Your Profile

  • You are studying a subject such as psychology, business education, business administration, or a similar subject in the Master's program, or are about to start this soon.
  • You plan to stay with us for at least 1 year for approximately 20 hours a week.
  • You think and act independently, are motivated, and open to further development.
  • You have good MS Office and PowerPoint application skills.
  • You are creative, can work conceptually, and are keen to tackle and design new things.
  • You enjoy organizing independently. You maintain an overview and are not afraid to introduce new solutions and ideas.
  • You are very reliable, goal-oriented, and structured work, even under time pressure, spurs you on.
