Management Support Functions Lead with a Focus on Performance

About RWE AG

RWE Offshore Wind GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Management Support Functions to support the company's remarkable global growth path.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee performance controlling and reporting for Management & Support Functions of RWE Offshore Wind, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
  • Develop and implement staff planning processes and MSF mid/and long-term planning, aligning with business objectives.
  • Lead and develop a team of 8 Controlling experts, fostering collaboration and driving excellence in their work.
  • Prepare management presentations, reports, and ad-hoc analysis for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Design and implement technical HR concepts and reporting standards, ensuring data protection and quality.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal Service Level Agreements and cross-border billing processes across renewables segments and RWE Group.
  • Manage cost controlling governance, including SAP S/4 and CARS structures and principles.
  • Drive projects improving Controlling processes across teams and countries, leveraging expertise and best practices.

Your Profile:

  • Advanced degree in Economics, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or similar (M.Sc. or equivalent).
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with sound knowledge of controlling methods and financial management concepts.
  • Self-motivated, fact-oriented attitude, with a strong focus on delivering results under pressure.
  • Able to develop and motivate teams through change processes, demonstrating high resilience and collaboration.
  • Clear communicator, capable of listening and coordinating multiple stakeholders and international projects.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with knowledge of controlling systems (especially SAP) highly desirable.

Compensation Package:

We offer an attractive salary package, including a competitive base salary (£70,000 - £90,000 per annum), bonus, and benefits aligned with industry standards.
