About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to support our CS&L DACH team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing budgets, and coordinating with external vendors.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage Master Shopper activities for CS&L DACH
  • Create shopping baskets and conduct related financial reviews and processing
  • Plan and control costs for external contractors
  • Support the DACH CS&L LT in administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in administration and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Commercial education
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Excellent English language skills
