Job Title: Control of Work Coordinator / Facilities Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Control of Work Coordinator / Facilities Administrator to join our team at CBRE GWS IFM Industrie GmbH. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) business unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our commercial real estate, production sites, and technical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and manage all permit to work applications to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Participate in creating and enhancing our safety culture by promoting a culture of safety awareness and responsibility.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Provide training and support to suppliers and contractors on control of work and space management.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on safety performance and compliance.
  • Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in other site requests and EHS work as needed.
Requirements:
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Health and Safety qualification such as FaSi / SiFa / SiGeKo / Nebosh.
  • Risk assessment and method statement understanding.
  • Technical knowledge of facilities management and building systems is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and construction techniques.
  • Technical drawing skills preferred.
  • First aid qualification.
  • Management of Risk qualification.
