Job Title: Control of Work Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Control of Work Coordinator to join our team at CBRE GWS IFM Industrie GmbH. As a Control of Work Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve permit to work applications
  • Participate in creating and enhancing our safety culture
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors
  • Provide training and guidance to suppliers and contractors
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and policies
  • Prepare and present reports to management
  • Participate in audits and inspections
  • Assist with other site requests and EHS work as needed
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English languages
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Health and Safety qualification (e.g. FaSi, SiFa, SiGeKo, Nebosh)
  • Risk assessment and method statement understanding
  • Technical knowledge of facilities management and building systems (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and construction techniques
  • Technical drawing skills (preferred)
  • First aid qualification
  • Management of Risk qualification
