Aufgaben

Wir suchen einen IT Business Partner, der die Ausrichtung des IT-Projektportfolios für die Business Unit Genetics am Standort München-Martinsried übernimmt und ausgewählte IT-Projekte vorantreibt.

  • Der IT Business Partner ist verantwortlich für den Technologieplan der Business Unit und beaufsichtigt die Umsetzung zuverlässiger, sicherer und konformer Lösungen.
  • Er agiert als Bindeglied zwischen dem Unternehmen und verschiedenen internen und externen IT-Teams/Anbietern in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Der IT Business Partner verfügt über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, die es ihm ermöglichen, die Geschäfts- und IT-Welt miteinander zu verbinden und als Vermittler zwischen beiden zu fungieren.
  • Auf der Grundlage seines tiefen Verständnisses der Geschäftsprozesse – insbesondere im Labor – schlägt er vor, wie diese mithilfe von IT-Tools weiter verbessert werden können.
  • Er verantwortet die IT-Budgetplanung für die Business Unit auf der Grundlage der Geschäftsanforderungen.
  • Der IT Business Partner überwacht zudem die IT-Leistungen am Standort und erstattet darüber Bericht.
Qualifikation

Der ideal geeignete Kandidat verfügt über einen Hochschulabschluss der IT oder einem verwandten Fach und hat mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in IT-Funktionen, vorzugsweise im Gesundheitswesen oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.

  • Praktische Kenntnisse über IT-Infrastrukturen / Schnittstellen (insbesondere für medizinische Geräte) sind von Vorteil.
  • Der Kandidat hat nachweislich Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, Application Life Cycle Management sowie im Requirement Engineering gesammelt.
  • Er verfügt über ein ausgeprägtes Beratungs-, Moderations- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowohl in Deutsch als auch Englisch.
  • Ein proaktives Verhalten gepaart mit guten Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten runden sein Profil ab.
