Siegwerk, a leading supplier of Printing Inks and sustainable packaging solutions, is seeking a highly skilled expert to join our team. As an Expert (f/m/d) Coatings & Packaging, you will play a crucial role in building up our business in the area of coatings for food packaging.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customers and recommending the best product for their needs
  • Accompanying and leading tests at the customer's premises or in our own laboratory
  • Preparing technical reports and presenting our products to the customer
  • Solving problems and complaints together with the customer
  • Independently carrying out audits at new customers and benchmarking the performance of our products
  • Communicating customer needs as ideas for new developments and supporting the improvement of existing products

As a pioneer in the field of coatings for packaging solutions, you will have the drive to drive this important segment forward for more sustainability. You will work closely with your colleagues from Sales and provide product application training for customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in natural sciences in a relevant field with in-depth knowledge of polymer or physical chemistry, plastics or coating technology
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate technical topics to customers and colleagues in an understandable way
