Key Responsibilities- Provide expert-level support to end-users, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the PLM system.
- Validate new PLM releases, ensuring they meet the required standards and functionality.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and system specifications.
- Collaborate with the PLM Change Committee to propose and implement system evolution.
- Collect and analyze PLM metrics, identifying areas for improvement and proposing countermeasures.
- Communicate reporting and KPIs to various departments, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- University degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in PLM support, with a strong understanding of technical and functional aspects.
- Experience with Siemens TeamCenter, including BOM management and variant configurator.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract essence from complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and coach others.
