Job Title: PLM Functional Support Engineer

At INEOS Automotive, we are seeking a highly skilled PLM Functional Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our PLM support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of our PLM system.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with the PLM system.
  • Develop and propose solutions to complex technical issues, working closely with the development team.
  • Coordinate daily support activities with the helpdesk team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Coach and train users on new processes and functionalities, promoting best practices and efficiency.
  • Document system usage and provide guidance to users on system functionality.
  • Collaborate with key users to identify and prioritize system changes and requirements.
  • Propose new methodologies and adaptations to existing methodologies, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in PLM support, with a strong understanding of technical and functional aspects.
  • Experience with Siemens TeamCenter, with a focus on BOM management and variant configurator.
  • Familiarity with TeamCenter manufacturing and general knowledge of CAD systems, preferably Catia V5 and/or Siemens NX.
  • Fluent in English, with high proficiency in French and German knowledge beneficial.
