Job Description:

As an IT-Support Expert at KLS Martin Group, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees across the organization. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and remote access
  • Install, configure, and update systems for new and existing users
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network
  • Manage and maintain IT hardware infrastructure across the organization
  • Implement and manage mobile device management solutions
  • Deploy software to users
  • Provide on-site support at our locations to perform support activities

Requirements:

  • Completed IT education or equivalent experience
  • First-hand experience in a similar role or related field
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office, and clients
  • Experience with Citrix, Baramundi (software deployment) is an advantage
  • Good German language skills and English language skills are an advantage
  • Teamwork, flexibility, and strong service and solution orientation
  • Self-motivated and structured work approach
  • Valid driver's license (category B)
