The role is Hybrid based in: Lutherstadt Wittenberg, Germany

**Responsibilities**
- Support and administration of commercial software in the company with a focus on ERP system and production control system, in particular Carrying out functional tests, importing updates, error analyses, system adaptations, user administration, report administration, reporting, interface monitoring, etc.
- Analyzing, designing and implementing new technical requirements in cooperation with the with the specialist departments
- Supervision, support and qualification of users in the company
- Creation and maintenance of process descriptions, system documentation and training documents
- Management of external IT service providers

Technical Knowledge
- Operating systems: Microsoft Windows
- Database systems: SQL Server, Oracle
- Report generation software: Crystal Reports

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field or a vocational training in IT or business

Pay: 55.000,00€ - 70.000,00€ per year
