We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Maintenance Manager to join our team at Kietzmann Consulting. As a key member of our aviation maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and repair for our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure maintenance staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintenance Planning: Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure aircraft are airworthy and meet regulatory requirements.
- Quality Control: Enforce maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze maintenance faults and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance, with a strong background in line and base handling.
- Certifications: EASA Part-66 licence category B1.3 and C, with at least one of the following type ratings: AW109/169/139, BK117 C2/D2, EC145 C2/D2.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and experience in a managerial position in the field of aviation maintenance.
- Language Skills: Good command of English and ideally good command of German.
- Technical Skills: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MRO software.
