- Verify the accuracy of tools and measurement devices.
- Plan maintenance operations considering human factors.
- Rectify quality issues within their area of responsibility.
- Uphold and promote adherence to the Safety Management System.
- Manage and coordinate Aircraft on Ground situations.
- Monitor faults, identify trends, and compile incident reports for feedback to relevant Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) from the CAMO Manager and Quality Manager.
- Extensive experience in line and base handling.
- EASA Part-66 licence category B1.3 and C.
- At least one of the following type ratings: AW109/169/139, BK117 C2/D2, EC145 C2/D2.
- Previous experience in a managerial position in the field of aviation maintenance.
- Good command of English and ideally good command of German.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MRO software.
- Natural leadership skills.
- Good planning skills and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
