Procurement Excellence Expert

As a Procurement Excellence Expert, you'll play a critical role in shaping our procurement strategies and processes to support our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Procurement teams across various functions to ensure seamless execution of procurement processes.
  • Deliver exceptional support and administration of tools and systems post-implementation, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver effective training programs for both processes and systems, empowering teams to excel.
  • Serve as a key contact for projects within the Procurement Excellence team or when cooperating with other departments.
  • Participate in supplier management through data analysis and documentation, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency.
  • Guide and advise process practitioners to ensure best practices are adopted and maintained.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate processes and advocate for procurement within the business.
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial or technical training, or academic studies (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
  • Relevant work experience, with a solid understanding of processes and organizational goals.
  • Fast learning ability and good self-reflection, with strong project management skills and the ability to build and motivate teams.
  • Experience working collaboratively across functions and in international environments, with a solution-focused approach to business challenges.
  • Proficient in IT tools (SAP or equivalent), with an independent and proactive work style, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to be assertive when needed.
