Responsibilities:
  • Support Procurement teams across various functions to ensure seamless implementation of procurement solutions and processes.
  • Deliver support and administration of tools and systems post-implementation, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Assist in the design and optimization of procurement processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure effective training is delivered for both processes and systems to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Serve as a key contact for projects within the Procurement Excellence team or when cooperating with other departments.
  • Participate in supplier management through data analysis and documentation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Guide and advise process practitioners to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications:
  • Completed commercial or technical training, or academic studies (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
  • Years of relevant work experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of processes and organizational goals.
  • Fast learning ability and good self-reflection.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to build and motivate teams.
  • Experience working collaboratively across functions and in international environments.
  • Solution-focused approach to business challenges, proficient in IT tools (SAP or equivalent).
  • Independent and proactive work style, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to be assertive when needed.
