Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Establish and deepen our relationship with our Grocery partners, dealing with account management, reporting, communication, and interaction with partners on an ongoing basis to meet our business targets.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and influence key stakeholders across the organization and partner with development and business teams to grow our partnerships.
- Business Development: Support strategic negotiations with potential partners and drive closing deals/integration plans and further rollout.
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of taking ownership and driving results.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Negotiation Experience: Strong negotiation experience, with a proven ability to influence and drive change.
- Business Acumen: Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers, including the ability to use tools such as Excel.
- Customer Focus: Relentless customer focus, with the ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.
- E-commerce Experience: E-commerce, grocery, or FMCG experience preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.
