About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist/HRBP to join our team at TE Connectivity. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and advise managers on HR-related and organization-specific issues, as well as labor law issues.
  • Act as a sparring partner for the management and leadership team.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to approximately 120 employees.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in the global HR Competence Center and the HR Shared Service Organization.
  • Implement and further develop global HR processes, including performance management, succession planning, merit, and engagement, at the production site, including post-merger integration.
  • Participate in cross-departmental HR projects.
  • Implement tasks and processes along the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Support recruiting processes and develop and implement employer branding measures.
  • Prepare reports and statistics on HR key figures and data maintenance.
  • Serve as a contact person for central payroll accounting and interface with the finance department.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on human resources, or comparable qualification, e.g., HR officer or HR business partner.
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in the human resources field in a generalist role.
  • Structured, efficient, and results-oriented way of working.
  • Very good communication skills and quick comprehension.
  • Discretion and high service orientation (hands-on mentality).
  • Confident in using MS Office applications and HR tools.
  • Fluent German and very good written and spoken English.
