About the Role:

As an HR Generalist/HRBP at TE Connectivity, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's human resources strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic guidance and support to the management team, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and advising managers on HR-related and organization-specific issues, as well as labor law matters.
  • Collaborating with the global HR Competence Center and HR Shared Service Organization to implement and develop global HR processes.
  • Participating in cross-departmental HR projects and driving employee engagement initiatives.
  • Supporting recruiting processes and developing employer branding measures.
  • Preparing reports and statistics on HR key figures and maintaining data.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed degree in economics, ideally with a focus on human resources, or comparable qualification.
  • At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in the human resources field in a generalist role.
  • Structured, efficient, and results-oriented work style.
  • Excellent communication skills and quick comprehension.
  • Discretion and high service orientation.
  • Confident in using MS Office applications and HR tools.
  • Fluent German and very good written and spoken English.
