As a Senior Marketeer at LYNX Berlin, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our LYNX brand in the German-speaking market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing ongoing strategies for demand creation and capture, crafting a tailored localized communication mix that utilizes channels like online ads, SEO, email, social media, events, webinars, partnerships, and offline.
  • Creating and managing time-limited multichannel marketing campaigns as projects to support achievement of company commercial targets.
  • Analyzing CRM data to create impactful activities that engage and advance prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Maintaining relationships with media companies and covering media planning and buying.
  • Collaborating closely with various teams including Demand Capture, Design & Content, Marketing Operations, Sales team, and Brand & Campaign Manager covering other markets.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in hand-on demand generation and/or demand capture, preferably in Fintech or SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience in managing multi-channel marketing activities to accomplish set targets on budget.
  • Excellent copywriting skills to translate our message to the market.
  • Strong ability to make data-driven decisions on priorities of activities across various channels.
  • Project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
