Senior Retail Expansion Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Expansion Manager to join our team at Flaconi. As a key member of our offline team, you will be responsible for overseeing the retail expansion project, from conception to grand opening. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our retail network.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and manage the retail expansion project, including product range selection, merchandise planning, and target group definition.
- Collaborate with internal and external project teams to select suitable locations, architects, and shopfitters.
- Oversee the project phase until the day of the opening and ensure a smooth transition to store management.
- Manage the retail network, including commercial management, disciplinary oversight of store managers, and day-to-day operations.
- Lead and coach store managers to establish our stores as a commercial and marketing pillar of our business model.
- 3+ years of solid retail experience, ideally in roles such as Area Manager or Expansion Manager.
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
- Strong project management capabilities, coupled with a hands-on approach.
- Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- A passion for the beauty and e-commerce industry, along with excellent time management and organizational skills.

What We Offer- A competitive salary band between €60,000 and €90,000 gross per year, based on skills and experience.
