We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our business within assigned territories, working closely with distributors and key customers to execute our sales objectives and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the business within assigned territories, including on-premise and retail account management
  • Work with distributors and key customers to execute sales objectives and brand standards
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through pricing, programming, and personal support
  • Conduct business meetings, retailer, and staff trainings to create brand ambassadors
  • Lead and motivate distributors' salesforces and executives

Requirements

  • Mastery of both French and German cultures
