We are seeking a highly skilled Lobby Host/ess to join our team at Marriott International. As a Lobby Host/ess, you will be responsible for enhancing the service experience for our hotel guests by activating all outlet services within the lobby area.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless experience.
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, or dry cleaning.
- Provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and surrounding area amenities.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
