We are seeking a highly skilled Lobby Host/ess to join our team at Marriott International. As a Lobby Host/ess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with guests to enhance their service experience, activating all outlet services within the lobby area.
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
- Gather, summarize, and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about the property and surrounding area amenities.
- Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager, and complete safety training and certifications.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
