Wir suchen einen motivierten Business Development Manager, der unsere Kundenstamm in Deutschland erweitern und eine Schlüsselrolle im Unternehmen übernehmen möchte.

Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung einer Wachstumsstrategie für finanziellen Erfolg und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Identifizierung neuer Märkte und Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Vereinbarung und Durchführung von Geschäftstreffen mit potenziellen Kunden
  • Präsentation und Förderung der Unternehmensprodukte/-dienstleistungen
  • Vorbereitung von Verkaufsverträgen unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Pflege von Verkaufs- und Einnahmenaufzeichnungen
  • Bereitstellung von Feedback und After-Sales-Support
  • Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
Qualifikation
  • Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Engineering, vorzugsweise im Bereich RAMS, ILS; Luft- und Raumfahrt, Bahnindustrie oder Militär
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Business Development Manager oder vergleichbar
  • Marktkenntnisse
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Fähigkeit zum Aufbau von Beziehungen, Zeitmanagement- und Planungskompetenz
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office und CRM-Software
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse notwendig und Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
