About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Platform and ESG team as an ESG and Platform Development Associate. In this role, you will support the development of strategic partnerships, drive the expansion of our network platform, and contribute to the execution of our ESG strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Development: Support the expansion of our network platform through relationship building, strategic partnership development, and external communications.
  • ESG Strategy: Assist in data collection and analysis of ESG metrics, research of policies to support portfolio companies, and perform materiality analysis of prospective investments.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute event formats from conception to realization in collaboration with external partners and service providers.
  • Content Creation: Prepare content for Platform and ESG communications, including social media posts, articles, and presentations.
  • Research and Analysis: Collect and structure data on various industries and companies, and analyze large datasets of ESG metrics.
Requirements
  • Generalist Mindset: Thrive in tackling a diverse range of projects and learning about different business areas.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Articulate ideas and concepts clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Research and Writing Skills: Conduct research and write clear, well-structured briefings and reports.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high data entry and analysis accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in G-Suite and basic knowledge of working with formulas for data analysis.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus.
