About the Role
As a Student Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in various projects within the MEAL sphere, including evaluations, impact reporting, and surveys. Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluation Management: Assist in designing and implementing evaluations to assess the effectiveness of our programs.
- Updating internal monitoring systems: Ensure that our monitoring systems are up-to-date and accurate, providing valuable insights for program improvement.
- Updating Internal Knowledge Management systems: Contribute to the development of our knowledge management systems, ensuring that best practices and lessons learned are documented and shared.
- Meeting, Workshop and Event-Management: Support the planning and organization of meetings, workshops, and events to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Creating/editing presentations: Develop engaging presentations to communicate project results and recommendations to stakeholders.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with a strong academic background in social sciences, economics, or international relations. You should have excellent computer skills, particularly in Office applications such as MS Teams and Sharepoint. Your profile should also demonstrate:
- High organizational diligence and a precise, reliable way of working.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent spoken and written English and French language skills, with German language skills being an asset.
