At Amentum, we are seeking a skilled Aircraft Systems Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to contribute their expertise in helicopter maintenance.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and complex maintenance tasks on CH-47 systems, adhering to FAA standards.

  • Inspect and maintain various aircraft systems, including fuel, heat, lubrication, hydraulic, engine, and transmission.
  • Rig complete flight control systems and install, connect, and adjust complete systems.
  • Make operational checks of hydraulic and fuel systems using external power sources and powered ground equipment.
  • Determine cause of malfunctions, disassemble to point of trouble, and repair or replace defective components.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Five years of recent applicable aircraft maintenance experience.
  • FAA A&P or FCC Elements 1 and 3 certification.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance, NAC-I T1 Public Trust.
