Senior Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at JCW. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing EPC and external suppliers for various power generation projects in Southern Germany.
This is a permanent role that requires flexibility, with some remote working possible during the design phase. However, once construction starts, on-site presence is expected.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in planning, tendering, project management, and construction supervision. They will also have knowledge of electrotechnical systems and devices used in power generation plants, as well as design of grid connections.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Project and work package management with responsibility for budget, schedule, and quality
- Work and interface management with internal and external suppliers and service providers
- Basic investigations and execution of feasibility and economical studies in the fields of electrical engineering and control technology
- Experience with power systems analysis and grid simulation software for design of grid connection and auxiliary power networks
The successful candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering, with a specialization in power engineering or renewable energies. They will also have strong knowledge of applicable norms and standards, as well as fluency in English and German.
