**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at JCW. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for managing EPC and external suppliers for various projects in the power generation sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan, tender, and manage projects from design phase to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Supervise construction, assembly, and commissioning of electrotechnical components and systems in renewable and conventional power generation plants.
  • Conduct feasibility and economical studies in electrical engineering and control technology, providing recommendations for project improvements.
  • Manage work and interface with internal and external suppliers, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Oversee project and work package management, responsible for budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Fluency in English and German is required, with a strong understanding of electrotechnical systems and devices used in power generation plants.
  • A valid car driving license class B is necessary for project-related assignments.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in electrical engineering, with a specialization in power engineering or renewable energies.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution in the power generation sector.
  • Strong knowledge of power systems analysis and grid simulation software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
