We are seeking a qualified Childcare Specialist for a renowned client in the social services sector. The position is based in Burg (Dithmarschen) and involves working as an employee on loan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing the principles of elementary education and the educational, care, and supervision mandate
  • Systematic observation, documentation, and development support
  • Evaluation and presentation of development results

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • State recognition as a childcare specialist or equivalent qualification
  • High motivation, initiative, and reliability
  • Empathy, team skills, and collegiality
  • Identification with the principles, ideas, and goals of the Red Cross
  • Willingness to continue and further develop their education
  • Measles vaccination and current extended leadership certificate
