Pedagogical Assistant

We are seeking a qualified Childcare Specialist (m/w/d) for a renowned client in the social services sector. The position is based in Burg (Dithmarschen) and involves working as a freelancer through a temporary employment agency.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implementing the principles of elementary education and the educational, care, and supervision mandate
• Systematic observation (situational approach), documentation, and development guidance
• Evaluation and presentation of development results

Your Qualifications:

• State recognition as a childcare specialist or equivalent qualification (preferably with additional qualifications)
• High level of motivation, self-initiative, and reliability
• Empathy, team skills, and collegiality
• Identification with the principles, ideas, and goals of the Red Cross
• Willingness to continue and further develop education
• Measles vaccination, current extended leadership certificate
