macOS IT Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated IT Administrator (all genders) to join our team, focusing on the effective management and support of macOS systems and related technology. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our technical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the onboarding of new team members by procuring hardware and establishing necessary accounts, while ensuring secure offboarding and retrieval of devices.
  • Enhance the technical configuration of employee workstations, delivering expert support and solutions within your domain.
  • Administer user accounts across various platforms, including Google Suite, Slack, Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and manage software licenses.
  • Maintain and optimize internal networks, including WLAN, VPN, switches, and firewalls to ensure a robust infrastructure.
  • Support video conferencing systems, telecommunication setups, printers, and scanners to facilitate effective communication and document handling.
  • Attend to the physical workspace, ensuring a seamless technical and aesthetic environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Background in IT or relevant experience in systems integration.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and support.
  • Strong proficiency with Mac / macOS and familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Jira, Confluence, GitLab.
  • Demonstrated integrity, security awareness, and excellent communication skills in both English and German.
