Job Title: Sales Manager DACH

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager DACH to lead our sales team in the German-speaking region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales management experience in the electronics industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Action-oriented, problem-solving, customer-focused, and results-driven.
