Your projects will encompass various public infrastructures, including educational institutions, residential complexes, office spaces, retail outlets, and hospitality venues. Our team consists of over 60 professionals, with around 15 dedicated to project management, guiding clients through all stages of technical planning in TGA.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: You will be responsible for orchestrating and managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all tasks align with client specifications and that team collaboration is seamless.
- Client Communication: Acting as the primary liaison for all project-related inquiries, you will engage in discussions with clients and stakeholders, participate in project meetings, and deliver updates on project progress.
- Project Oversight: You will ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and timelines, supervising project controls while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality assurance.
Our projects utilize a specialized project management tool designed for TGA planning, known as the TGA Cockpit. This structured methodology facilitates the smooth onboarding of new team members and upholds our commitment to high-quality standards across all projects.
Candidate Profile:
We seek individuals with prior experience in a similar capacity, particularly with a focus on TGA. Ideally, you possess expertise across multiple disciplines (including electrical systems, communication and security systems, and conveyor systems) or have specialized knowledge in one area.
You should also have a solid educational background, including:
- A degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma) in Engineering, specializing in Electrical Engineering or a related field, OR be a certified technician or master electrician.
- Several years of relevant experience, preferably in project management or coordination roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a respectful demeanor when interacting with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications and a willingness to embrace new tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German to facilitate effective dialogue among all parties involved.
