Job Title: Senior Project Procurement Manager Implementation CCU/S

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial project lead to implement large-scale carbon capture plants at industrial sites/industrial power plants across Europe.
  • Contract and claim management, including setting up commercial specifications, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and finalization of contracts.
  • Dealing with standardized international supply contracts and national laws.
  • Process link between the project and E.ON's central procurement department.
  • Ongoing controlling and reporting of project budgets and continuous risk management.
  • Pre-qualification of suppliers and service providers to ensure compliance with requirements and standards.
Requirements:
  • University degree or similar with a solid commercial background and knowledge of tendering and procurement procedures.
  • Several years of experience in commercial project and contract management for process plant construction, energy industry, or related sectors.
  • Strong capabilities as a purchaser in challenging and complex working situations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Team-oriented and confident approach to negotiations and communication with suppliers and service providers.
  • Ability to understand procurement in a holistic way (technical/commercial/legal).
  • Fluency in English and German (at least B2 level) and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • User knowledge of SAP BI and SAP Materials Management, as well as very good MS Office skills.
