Your Role

We're seeking a highly skilled EHS professional to join our Stuttgart team. As a key player, you'll work on various projects, collaborating with a dedicated team of experts to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental protection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on EHS matters to management, project management, and construction management teams
  • Coordinate with contractor safety managers and safety advisors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Lead Exyte Project EHS Advisors and coordinators, driving excellence in EHS practices
  • Support the implementation of Exyte's EHS basic values, ensuring compliance and risk management
  • Prepare and provide contractually required documentation for EHS-related activities
  • Organize weekly safety coordination meetings, tracking actions and communicating results
  • Collaborate with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • First-hand experience in EHS, preferably in major industrial, construction, or manufacturing industries
  • Proven ability to work effectively in diverse teams, across cultural, hierarchical, and skill-level boundaries
  • Formal EHS qualification (SiFa, Nebosh, Safety degree, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sharepoint
  • High assertiveness and social competence
  • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site for extended periods
