About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant to join our team at PROMOS consult Projektmanagement, Organisation und Service GmbH. As a SAP Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients in the implementation of our PROMOS Workflow-Lösung in the SAP-Umfeld.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Modeling and Implementation: Develop and implement process models for our clients, ensuring seamless integration with our PROMOS Workflow-Lösung.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and consultants, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and implement projects from start to finish, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and solution implementation.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex problems, presenting solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to our clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to use our PROMOS Workflow-Lösung.
  • Client Support: Provide second-level support to our clients, resolving issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Autonomy and Accountability: Work independently, taking ownership of projects and tasks, and being accountable for results.
Requirements
  • Experience: First-hand experience in process modeling or as an SAP consultant.
  • IT Affinity: Strong IT affinity and understanding of complex systems and processes.
  • Continuous Learning: Interest in technology trends and a willingness to continuously learn and develop skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent German language skills, ensuring seamless communication with our clients.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
