About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Global Digital Ecosystem team. As a key member of our IT Land & Digital Solutions department, you will be responsible for steering the delivery of our global digital ecosystems, ensuring alignment with our GILDS Strategy and facilitating digital product delivery, operations, and global rollout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of our global digital ecosystems, working closely with Business Units and IT&D departments.
  • Steer the delivery of GILDS global digital ecosystems, ensuring alignment with our IT&D Strategy and market-facing digital products.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and market trends, driving the development of digital products and services that meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our tribes and squads, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our business and IT processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that drive business value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our Business Units, IT&D departments, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage new innovations and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in managing complex organizations, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent understanding of business and IT processes, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive business value.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluent Business English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
