About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisory Expert to join our team in Hamburg. As part of our global PMO & Cross Package Support competence group within our Offshore Wind Advisory team, you will take on a key role as subject matter expert shaping and enhancing our service deliverables.
Our assignments cover a broad scope of services, including technical concept design, site ranking, cost modelling, scheduling, and understanding regulatory frameworks. You will be responsible for advising clients on German and other global auctions, identifying strategic clients and services to advance around upcoming auctions, and managing the execution of scope by steering subject matter experts.
Your Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and improve business processes
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a master's degree or other advanced degree is preferred
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in consulting, bid management, or strategic planning
- Solid knowledge about framework, players, and dynamics of offshore wind market
- Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for analytical and persuasive presentations
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficial
