KYC Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

MUFG is seeking a highly skilled KYC Quality Checker to join our Commercial Support Office (CSO) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in assessing and managing the integrity risks of new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify and analyze clients' CDD data to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Perform quality checks on background screening and risk assessments of KYC files
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and front office KYC analysts to ensure timely completion of customer due diligence requirements
  • Participate in setting standards, providing content expertise, and improving established procedures and workflows
  • Represent the CSO KYC team in internal projects relevant to KYC topics
