In this role, you will engage in a variety of projects focused on sustainability management and reporting, playing a crucial part in advancing our sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparations for compliance with the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other relevant sustainability frameworks.
  • Contribute to the development of BestSecret's Sustainability Report, highlighting our advancements, accomplishments, and sustainability efforts.
  • Create documentation and project-related materials to support informed decision-making by the Senior Leadership team regarding sustainability issues.
  • Conduct in-depth research on current and emerging sustainability trends, providing valuable insights to the team.
  • Actively participate in ongoing sustainability initiatives, supporting the development and implementation of practices that enhance BestSecret's commitment to sustainability.

Candidate Profile

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business or management, with a strong academic record demonstrating analytical and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an internship or working student role, particularly in consulting, project management, or sustainability, with a genuine passion for sustainability.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German.
  • Experience in the textile, e-commerce, or sustainability sectors is advantageous.
