Sustainability Management Working Student

Job Overview
BestSecret is a premier closed fashion shopping community in Europe, aiming to establish itself as the leading online platform for off-price fashion. Our vibrant team, comprising over 1,700 professionals from more than 70 nations, is dedicated to delivering an exceptional online shopping experience.
In this role, you will engage in a variety of projects focused on sustainability management and reporting, playing a crucial part in significant sustainability initiatives at BestSecret.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing for the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other relevant sustainability regulations.
- Contribute to the creation of BestSecret's Sustainability Report, highlighting our achievements and ongoing sustainability efforts.
- Develop materials, including project-related documents, to support informed decision-making by the Senior Leadership team regarding sustainability issues.
- Conduct comprehensive research on current and emerging sustainability trends, sharing insights and knowledge with the team.
- Actively participate in ongoing sustainability initiatives, aiding in the development and implementation of practices that promote BestSecret's commitment to sustainability.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business or management, with a strong academic record demonstrating analytical and communication skills.
- Previous practical experience through internships or working student roles in consulting, project management, or sustainability, coupled with a passion for sustainability.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient communication skills in German, both verbal and written.
- Experience in the textile, e-commerce, or sustainability sectors is advantageous.
