We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Partnerships Manager to join our team in Munich, Germany. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in managing client relationships and possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential revenue opportunities, supporting client campaign success, shaping our processes, developing relationships and negotiating business terms, collaborating across teams, and up/cross-selling campaigns and products.

About the Role
  • Salary: €65,000 - €80,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and growth teams to enhance customer engagement and drive expansion in the DACH & EU region
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in client relationships management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in German and fluency in English
  • A self-motivated mindset and conscientious work style
