Job Opportunity
We are seeking a Client Advisor & Sales Support professional to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for managing sales related to all product categories, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales autonomously across all product categories
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Input customer and sales data into our software system
- Perform packaging services for sold items
- Create and manage a network of high-level and loyal clientele
- Organize visual merchandising materials and prepare shelves/windows according to Bulgari guidelines
- Handle customer returns and repairs, including filling out repair slips and conducting brief interviews to assess damage
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (C1) and proficiency in other languages (Chinese, Russian, Arabic)
- Expertise in sales and negotiation techniques
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Customer orientation, flexibility, and ownership
- Initiative, communication, and business awareness
- Networking and teamwork skills
- Ability to negotiate at a high level
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
