Job Title: Senior Specialist Talent Management

TRATON SE is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist Talent Management to join our international Talent Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and developing our global People Development Portfolio, ensuring that our employees and managers have access to the required learning measures to develop core competencies needed to contribute to our company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage our global People Development Portfolio
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with brand managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company strategy
  • Provide guidance and expertise on talent strategy and contribute to the development of our Talent Development Programs concept
  • Manage budgets, vendor communication, and roll-out planning for talent management initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Psychology, Education, Personnel Management, Economics, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Management or People Development
  • Knowledge of potential diagnostics and/or training development is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong interest in international talent development
  • Proficiency in international/cross-functional project management, moderation of workshops, and organization
