Your Role at Haleon

We are seeking a talented Brand Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with set objectives. This will involve implementing the brand strategy and marketing plan for the next three years, in close collaboration with the Brand Lead, encompassing portfolio management, innovation, and media planning with a strong emphasis on digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze performance across market trends, competitive activities, and brand metrics
  • Manage the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including shopper & customer marketing, sales, expert marketing, and finance

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Economics, or a similar field
  • Approx. 2 years of Marketing/Brand/Innovation Management experience, ideally gained in FMCG
  • Fluency in both German and English (written & spoken)
  • Strong analytical and operational marketing skills, with a strong sense of accountability for projects
